The outdated app of China Southern Airlines was no longer suited to meet today's demands. To provide travelers with a better service and reinforce their loyalty, the airline decided to collaborate with us and give its global app a complete makeover.

The result: new and improved appAn app with both improved and new functions and a user-friendly interface. Travelers can now easily reserve seats, search and book their flight in stages, with a focus on relevant elements.
The details: Scrum in China
Scrum is becoming an increasingly more natural choice of working method. China however, isn’t as familiar with it yet. By mixing work onsite in China and collaborating digitally in the office in The Netherlands, we learned a lot about the possibilities of scrum and it allowed us to innovate at a high pace.
