The Digital Transformers Awards have been brought to life to stimulate digital transformation and to put Dutch digital talent in the spotlight. In 2017, Gerhard van der Bijl, Chief Digital Officer at Royal FloraHolland took the Award home. His successor will be announced during the Award show in the A’DAM Tower on 11 October.

Independent juryAn independent jury of experts from business, politics and science is involved in the entire selection process, from the longlist to the nominations, and ultimately determines this year’s winner. The jury exists of last year’s winner Gerhard van der Bijl (CDO and CIO at Royal Flora Holland), Tjalling Smit (Commercial & Development Director at NS), Marietje Schaake (Member of European Parliament D66), Marc Salomon (Dean of the Amsterdam Business School & Professor in Decision Sciences at UvA).
The five nominees will present their digital transformation case to the jury on 5 October. The jury will select 3 finalists. During the Award show on 11 October, the winner of the Digital Transformers Award 2018 will be announced in the A’DAM Tower.
