Google launched the Dutch language version of the Google Assistant today, an ingenious virtual service for smartphones which responds to voice commands. This morning Qmusic became the first radio station to use Google Assistant as a digital sidekick on live radio. DJ Joost Swinkels had a wide-ranging conversation with Google Assistant, based on functionalities jointly developed by Mirabeau and Qmusic.

Apple users can download ‘De Google Assistent’ app in the App Store. Android users must activate the Google Assistent in their settings. On Android devices you can start the conversation by pressing your home button and saying “Ok Google” and then “Vraag Qmusic".
