The 2017 expert group 'B2B2C Business to Human'
In 2017 we looked into the matter of how to best organize the transition from B2B and B2C into business-to-human. The reason for this? The fine and increasingly fading line between B2B and B2C while customers still experience a considerable difference between the two in terms of service. This is why it's crucial that companies abolish differentiating between B2B and B2C and engage in a relationship with their target market via the human-to-human method.
